Dr. Govind P. Shinde is a distinguished academician with a robust profile in Marketing, Finance and General Subjects.

Currently a Senior Professor in-charge at Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research (PHIMSR). He holds 25 plus years of experience and also has held various leadership roles – the Director for institutions like HKIMSR, MGMIMSR and MGM CCSIT in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. His qualifications include M.Com. in Costing & Taxation, MBA in Marketing, GDC&A and a Ph.D. in Management Science. Beyond teaching, he actively contributes to administrative duties, handling responsibilities related to NBA / NAAC, AICTE, UGC and University reports.

Dr. Shinde’s academic contributions are extensive, reflecting a profound commitment to research and dissemination of knowledge.

He has authored numerous research papers presented at both national and international conferences, with a substantial publication record in reputable journals, including those indexed by UGC Care, Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC. As on date more than 70 Research Papers are to his credit.

Additionally, Dr. Shinde has published six textbooks and edited three books on diverse subjects like Retail Management, Project Management and International Business Management.

Dr. Shinde has earned Two Best Research Paper Awards and Six Academic Awards, underscoring his excellence in both Research and Teaching.

Dr. Sheeba S. Rajan is an erudite academician and legal practitioner who has more than 15 years of teaching experience in various institutions of national repute such as The School of Legal Studies, Kannur University, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Law and MGM College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a practising lawyer, she has worked in High Courts of Kerala and Maharashtra as well. She has conducted vast & extensive research on the subject ‘surrogacy’ in states like Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat & Delhi. She has a Doctorate from Kannur University awarded in 2022 and is the first person to be conferred Ph.D from School of Legal Studies; Kannur University. She has done her M.Phil from SNDT University, Mumbai and LLM from Kerala Law Academy (Kerala University). To her credit she obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Cyber Law &IT as well. She has presented research papers in various seminars and conferences and published papers in reputed national and international journals.

Prof. Deepa Manoj Nair – currently a Professor at Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research (PHIMSR) is a distinguished academic professional with over two decades of experience, Holding dual postgraduate degrees in Computer Science (MCS) from the University of Pune and Human Resource Development (MHRDM) from the University of Mumbai, Prof. Nair’s academic journey has been marked by notable achievements and continuous pursuit of knowledge.

Her academic prowess extends beyond traditional degrees, evident in her completion of the Management Development Program in HR Analytics at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R). Additionally, she successfully completed the Human Resource Business Partner program with Skill Deck, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Prof. Deepa Nair has made substantial contributions to the academic community through a series of impactful publications in esteemed journals. Notable among these is her work on evaluating the Technology Readiness Index with Purchase Intentions of Working Professionals in Mumbai for embedded sim (eSim) technology, published in the International Journal of Management by ICFAI Business School (IBS), Mumbai. Other noteworthy publications include “Quality of Work Life: A Conceptual Framework in Education Sector” in the Korea Review of International Studies and “Stress and Behavioral Analysis of Employees using Statistical and Correlation Methods” in the International Journal of Aquatic Science.

Mr. Gaurav Deshmukh is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background spanning technical, financial, academic and humanities fields. He is currently associated with Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research, contributing to the academic community and bringing his diverse expertise to the realm of education.
