Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research organized an enlightening workshop on “Time & Stress Management” on 21st December, 2022. The workshop took place at the Conclave 1 venue from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering participants valuable strategies to effectively manage their time and cope with stress.
Mr. Prathamesh Veling, a distinguished expert in time and stress management, served as the spokesperson for the event, (ENGG, MBA, MA (ECO) & MA (PSY) Founder & Director). His wealth of knowledge and experience in this domain provided participants with practical insights to enhance their productivity and well-being.
During the workshop, Mr. Veling delved into key aspects of time management, such as setting priorities, creating efficient schedules, and minimizing distractions. He also addressed stress triggers and shared techniques to mitigate stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The interactive nature of the session allowed participants to engage in discussions and hands-on exercises.
