An industrial Factory visit was organized by Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research for it’s students to Parle Company a renowned player in the FMCG industry. The objective of the visit was to provide students with real-world insights into the operations, manufacturing processes, and management practices of a successful FMCG company.
Students gained insights into the complexities of supply chain management, distribution logistics, and maintaining product availability in the market.
The visit successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, equipping students with valuable knowledge and perspectives that will undoubtedly contribute to their academic and professional growth.
