Mr. Ajay Savant currently works as the head H.R and V.P. for patalganga unit of Reliance Industries Ltd. He has a vast experience of 30 years and has worked for various companies like Parle group of companies, International best food Ltd., Philips India Ltd., Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. and Reliance. He has been catalyst in implementing business strategic decisions performed as changed manager and transformed organizations and has a nack of identifying high potential employees and scaling H.R. function.
Currently he teaches H.R. and Industrial Relation subject to PHiMSR students.
