As a part of ‘Guest Lecture Series’ an interactive session at Pillai HOC Institute of Management studies & Research was conducted by Mr. Chiranjiv Karkera, Deputy Manager of Billing and Operations at Reliance Jio Infocomm. Ltd. On ‘Operations management at the backdrop of industry 4.0’ The session helped MMS students understand the importance and latest trends in Operations management. This one of a kind session also helped the students to understand how to become more effective managers, bridging the gap between theory and real-world application.
