Celebrating a Decade of Yoga: Let’s Talk Yoga
In line with the global observance, PHIMSR, Rasayani, enthusiastically celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2024. The theme for the online podcast, “Let’s Talk Yoga,” aptly captured the spirit of promoting awareness and understanding of this ancient practice.

Welcoming Remarks and Introduction
The event commenced with a thought-provoking introduction on the significance of International Yoga Day by Prof. Deepa Manoj. This was followed by a warm welcome to the esteemed guest speaker, Ms. Drrashti Kenia, founder of Yoga Se Hoga. Ms. Kenia’s expertise in integrating psychology with yoga practice promised a unique and insightful session.
