Innovation begins with the courage to question, think differently, and design solutions that shape the future. Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies & Research successfully hosted an insightful Workshop on Design Thinking, Critical Thinking & Innovation Design, organised in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ketan Dahya Rabhadia, who guided participants through practical frameworks, hands-on exercises, and collaborative innovation activities. The workshop encouraged students and participants to develop creative and analytical approaches to solving real-world challenges while strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset.
The event was convened by Chiranjiv Karkera, CSM®, IIC Convenor, whose efforts ensured the successful organisation and execution of the program.
The workshop witnessed active participation and support from faculty members including Ketan Vira, Dr. Sheeba S Rajan, Sheena Bhuvanendran Nair, Ganesh Shinde, Mrs. Shraddha Daftardar, Rashpal Kaur Saini, Sudha Satish, and Dr. Shakti Chavan, contributing to an engaging and collaborative learning experience.
